Addiction Angels of America offers comprehensive, medically assisted outpatient addiction treatment through individual and group sessions

Addiction Angels of America is a Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) facility. Our American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM) certified doctors treat addiction on three levels: physical, emotional and spiritual. Just as there are multiple factors that lead to addiction, there are multiple factors that are critical in building an effective treatment plan.

That’s why we developed the Individual Comprehensive Addiction Plan (iCAP™). Exclusively ours, iCAP examines the genetic, behavioral and environmental factors that make you unique. The result? A custom created plan that includes the physical treatment and counseling techniques that best serve you.

Complete confidential physical and emotional inventory and assessment

  • In-office laboratory testing including genetic testing
  • Assessment of brain and/or body damage caused by drug and alcohol use

Medically assisted support to ease withdrawal symptoms

  • ZUBSOLV® (buprenorphine / naloxone) prescribed and monitored to treat heroin and opioid addiction
  • Vivitrol prescribed and monitored to treat alcohol, heroin and opioid addiction

Counseling sessions for individuals, groups and families

  • Our onsite intake assessment follows the six dimensions established by the Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM)
  • Psycho-educational, skills development, and cognitive behavioral thinking
  • Wellness education to restore and promote optimal health
  • Each client is assigned his/her own personal treatment team that provides an updated treatment plan every three months.

Final recovery phase plan for healing addiction damage

  • A custom plan including nutritional supplements and products that heal the body

  1.  Download and print our New Patient Packet. If you aren’t able to print at home, stop by our center at 4889 Sinclair Rd, Suite 111, Columbus, OH 43229 and we will provide the forms to you.
  2.  Once we receive your completed forms, you’ll be scheduled to meet with one of our certified drug and alcohol counselors
  3.  During your comprehensive review process, we’ll identify: - the phase and type of addiction - other current mental or physical health issues - if medically assisted support to ease withdrawal is beneficial with Suboxone or Vivitrol - family or other support members who could benefit from our counseling
  4.  Meet with one of our board-certified doctors who will outline your Individual Comprehensive Addiction Plan (iCAP™). The iCAP is customized based on your unique needs and goals. By design, it gives you the             highest level of success in managing your addiction
